McDonald's National Hiring Day, April 19

McDonald's announced that all location throughout the country are seeking to hire 50,000 new employees on their National Hiring Day this Tuesday.  Here's a clip from CNBC of an interview with McDonald's president:

Today's Daily Times announces a job fair for tomorrow (hat tip: Miller Forbes):

A job fair is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at Lighthouse Hall, Ninth Street, between Saville Avenue and Simpson Street.

Borough resident Danielle Thompson, who originated the idea for the job fair and coordinated the event with council, said 20 companies, the Ridley School District and a union have signed on.
