Residential Housekeeper
Description: Responsibilities include cleaning all bathrooms, vacuuming carpeted areas and mop tile floors, cleaning walls/windows, dusting furniture, baseboards, vent work, reporting any pertinent information to management directly, etc. Skills and Experience: Previous housekeeping experience helpful.
Requirements: HS/GED, CBC, Drug.
Special Projects Person
Description: Re-arranging resident furniture, storing of resident property in storage bins, classroom set up, conference center set up, chapel set up, pick-ups and deliveries of residents items, oh call for housekeeping emergencies, moving office furniture and equipment, treasure sale pickup and delivery, uncrating and delivery of office furniture, etc. Skills and Experience: Some previous experience helpful
Requirements: HS/GED, CBC, Drug, Drivers' License
All three positions offer $10.25/hr. with benefits and employer will train. Facility is accessibly by SEPTA bus #119.
Description: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing towels, changing bed linen, making up beds, emptying all trash receptacles, cleaning all mirrors and counter tops, etc. Accessible by SEPTA bus lines. Employer will train.
Skills and Experience: Must have at least one year previous housekeeping experience.
Requirements: HS/GED, CBC, Drug.
