Description: As an Assistant Manager, your sales strategies will ensure the success of your deparmtnent and create opportunities for new growth. You wlll be responsible for leadership, merchandising, customer servivce and inverntory, profit/loss. Must be motivated, self starter, organizationasl skills and detail oriented. The right person will be required to work 40 hrs/wk and work most Saturdays and every other Sunday. Employer will train. Accessible by Public Transportation.
Skills and Experience: To qualify for an Assistant Manager your customer service and interpersonal skill, as well as prioritizing product and problem resolution. Assisting in the maximum profit fo the store. Protecting all company assets. Maintain a high level of good customer service. Controlling expense and shrink. Merchandise display.
Requirements: HS/GED, CBC, Drug
Salary: $12.00.hr with benefits
