Description: Assists the licensed nurse during the resident admission assessment. Participates in the formulation and follow through of the residents' nursing care plan. Bathes the resident in bed, tub or shower, combs hair, cleans and cuts fingernails and gives shampoos. 7am-3pm shift, with some weekends. Employer will train.
Skills & Experience: Completes record of residents' oral intake and output. Reports any/all changes in resident's condition, any family concerns and resident's complaints to a licensed nurse.
Requirements: DT, DL
Salary: $9/hr.
