• Cook
  Description: The ability to read recipes and cook the food from the recipes.. Know your temperatures. Working knowledge of Serve Safe and temperature danger zones.
  Skills and Experience: Knowledge of cross contamination. Knowledge on how long food should be uncovered and out. Serve Safe certificate is a plus. The ability to work in a fast pace environment
  Salary $8 to $10/hr.
• Dishwasher
  Description: Able to wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Will take instructions whether written or verbal. Hard working. Anything between the 4 walls you will do. Must be a team player.
  Skills and Experience: Dish-washing experience preferred.
  Salary $8/hr.

Famous Dave's prefers a HS/GED and CBC is done on a case-by-case basis.  These are evening shift positions, 4PM to 12 AM, with 35 hours a week and weekends are a must!

The following opportunities are available:

• Lead Cook  Responsible for the ensuring the efficiency and quality of food purchasing, receiving, and storage as directed.  Responsible for the efficiency of food preparation (from prep to plate), sanitation of the production areas, and direct supervision of production on a shift to shift basis. Minimum of 5 years high volume cooking experience.  Supervisory experience desirable. Serv-Safe certificate necessary.  $13 - $16, with benefits. 
• Line Cook  Responsible for meal preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinner service; including hot food preparation, cold food preparation and baking.  Completes the daily production schedule as assigned.  Minimum of 3 yrs high volume cooking experience required.  College preferred, but not required.  HS Diploma or GED needed.  $10 - $13, with benefits.
• Service Coach  Responsibilities include overseeing the efficiency of the Dining Room Staff.  In adddition you are responsible for serving residents and guests' meals in a friendly, service oriented manner.  Assures that beverage and bussing are completed according to proper procedures and residents meal needs are met based on requests and diet restrictions. Minimum of one year experience in a kitchen/serving environment preferred. Salary depends on experience.
• Dishwasher  Ensures the efficiency of food services through proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, trash disposal areas, equipment, cookware, dishes, etc.  Performs stock tasks as directed.  Assists with meal service tasks as directed.  Experience in a kitchen/food serving environment preferred, but not required.  Must have diploma or GED.  $8 - $10, with benefits.
