1 – Bill Review Auditor – Required experience in analyzing, reviewing and processing workers' compensation bills according to fee structure and rules and regulations for the state of PA. Includes handling both inbound and outbound telephonic and electronic inquiries. Required: 3+ years processing bill review claims, preferably workers compensation claims. Desired: 1+ year Customer Service, working with clients and adjusters in a Bill Review or Insurance field. Pay is $14 per hour. May pay more if candidate has PowerTrak experience. Shift 9 – 5:30
3 - AR Claims Analyst (Collector)- Communicate with insurance companies, physician practices, other third party payers, and patients to settle billing issues and to resolve patient accounts; Respond to inquiries or follow up on issues and provide information to resolve outstanding balance; Work delinquent accounts systematically giving priority to high dollar accounts and aged accounts to resolve outstanding balance; Follow-up with payers to resolve rebills generated by accounts receivable; Answer inquiries by providers regarding the status of unpaid and paid claims; Work with internal departments to resolve issues on unpaid claims. Shift 8 – 4 pm; Pay is $14 per hour. Note this is a long term assignment with high potential to go perm.
2 - Data Entry Coordinator - Note this is a High attention to detail and production oriented role and not just straight, simple data entry. This is temporary assignment involves entering new cases, viewing the image, and updating information for existing cases. Ideal candidate should be able to identify HCFA, and UB and Provider bill information including CPT codes, ICD9 codes, Dates of Service, initial injury date, revenue codes, and tax identification numbers. Candidates with bill keying knowledge would be ideal for this job as they will require minimal training and should have a correction throughput. Pay is $13 per hour and hours are 8:30 - 4:30 pm.
1- Customer Service Rep - Minimum of 2 years inbound and outbound experience; Excel experience and database management e.g. updating provider or contact databases is a plus. They need people with strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidates will understand the importance of obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints and for documentation purposes. Their needs change without notice, so flexibility and a high stress tolerance is required. Shift available 9:30 – 6 pm. Pay $13-14 per hour.
1 - Office Assistant must have experience in a fast paced environment. This position is roughly 70% heavy phone work and 30% support work. Someone with pre-certification experience is a major plus. Must have organizational skills with the ability to multitask and is detail oriented is best for this role. Ideal candidate will need strong communication skills and must be friendly as they will screen and process or re-route calls. Pay $12 – 14 per hour. Shift 12 - 8:30 pm
